Bryce Adams has the most liked page on OnlyFans anywhere in the world, with 13.2 million likes, and Liliana Hearts, Peach Jars and Ginny Potter come right behind her. Add up all ten pages below and you get more than 83 million likes, with no one under 6.2 million.
If you are growing your own page, this is a list worth studying closely. A gym girl from Florida leads it, a page with only 124 posts sits second, and the rest spread across streaming, gaming, hot mom personas, the girlfriend experience and a 50-year-old mom next door. In every entry you will see her niche, what she offers fans and what makes her page different.
Likes and money are not the same thing, so if you want the earnings side of the story, our piece on the highest-paid OnlyFans creators covers it.
The ten most liked OnlyFans creators worldwide
1. Bryce Adams
- OnlyFans likes: 13.2M
- From: Florida, USA
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/fitbryceadams
Bryce Adams built the most liked page on OnlyFans around the gym. The gym and wild adventures are her two great loves, and the page takes fans through her entire real life, training sessions and all the hours in between. Fitness is the frame, but what fans pay for is access to all of her day.
She leans hard on trust. She promises honesty, realness and respect, says every video is real and that she will tell fans when something is roleplay, and keeps the page free of ads, ever. She has also given more than $150,000 to charity. Next to this page she runs a separate VIP page, and she has posted 1,771 times since January 2021.
2. Liliana Hearts
- OnlyFans likes: 10.4M
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/lilianaheartsss
Liliana Hearts shows you do not need a huge archive to sit near the very top. Just 124 posts have earned her 10.4 million likes, roughly 84,000 for every post, a ratio nobody else in this group comes close to.
Her whole pitch is the tease: she looks sweet, her late-night thoughts are anything but, and she dares fans to find out whether they can handle her. Her location reads "in ur dreamss", and she jokes that she hopes nobody falls for her too fast. That playful, flirty voice has carried her page since April 2019.
3. Peach Jars
- OnlyFans likes: 9.9M
- From: Texas, USA
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/peachjars
Peach Jars came to OnlyFans as a Twitch streamer and YouTuber, and she has been here longer than anyone else in this group, since January 2018. Her main page is free to follow, and she bills it as one of the most liked free accounts on OnlyFans. At 9.9 million likes, the numbers agree with her.
The free page brings in the reach, while her paid content sits on a separate VIP page she sends fans to. With 2,705 posts behind her, she is proof that a streaming audience can carry straight over to OnlyFans.
4. Ginny Potter
- OnlyFans likes: 9.7M
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/ginnypotter
Ginny Potter plays the hot mom, and she plays it all natural. With 9.7 million likes and 3,087 posts since June 2019, she is the busiest poster in the top five.
Meeting up is off the table: she keeps the page strictly to fantasy, and a request to meet earns an instant ban. That single rule sets the line for every fan before the first message. For fans who want more, she runs a VIP page holding hundreds of videos.
5. Jenna Lynn Meowri
- OnlyFans likes: 7.1M
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/jennalynnmeowri
Jenna Lynn Meowri is a gamer girl through and through. Her location is Anor Londo, a city from the Dark Souls games. She is chronically online, runs the page herself with no agency, and posts free content every day with a pay-per-view drop each week. The page is free to follow and has 7.1 million likes from 1,546 posts since February 2020.
She keeps everything a tease, stopping just short of fully revealing, and tells fans that up front. She guards her work closely too, with a clear warning that anyone who shares her photos or videos outside OnlyFans faces legal action.
6. Mistress Cardi
- OnlyFans likes: 6.8M
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/obeycardi
Mistress Cardi is the newest page in this group, on OnlyFans only since March 2022, and she has already reached 6.8 million likes from 777 posts. Hers is a paid page, and she sells it as the most liked paid page in the world.
Her draw is the girlfriend experience, with Snapchat video and audio calls around the clock and chat that happens only on OnlyFans. New subscribers get a task to complete for a chance to win prizes such as an hour of girlfriend experience, a Snapchat video call or an exclusive bundle. She also reassures fans that payments show up anonymously on their bank statements.
7. Jessica Nigri
- OnlyFans likes: 6.7M
- From: Arizona, USA
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/jessicanigri
Jessica Nigri brings a costume look to OnlyFans: in her photo she wears a pink wig and fox ears. Her count stands at 6.7 million likes, built over 1,275 posts from January 2020 on.
She spells the value out for fans. Subscribers to her VIP page get a free full set every month, a feed she values at thousands of dollars, cheaper pay-per-view and bundles, ratings, and as much chat with her as they want. She is just as direct about protecting it, warning that anyone who copies or shares her material will hear from her DMCA lawyer and be banned from OnlyFans for good.
8. Skylar Mae
- OnlyFans likes: 6.6M
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/skylarmaexo
Skylar Mae writes the claim straight into her page name: rated the number one page on OnlyFans. Behind it sit 6.6 million likes and 4,113 posts since August 2020, the second biggest feed in this group.
Everything about her page pulls fans into her messages. Shy fans get a direct invitation to write to her, sexting sessions are on the menu, and her VIP club has a limited number of spots that she urges fans to grab before they run out. Her photos and videos carry a copyright notice against sharing them anywhere else.
9. Mrs. Poindexter
- OnlyFans likes: 6.4M
- From: California, USA
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/mrspoindexter
At 50, Mrs. Poindexter plays the mom next door, and her day job is a long one: computer engineer, chemist, technology entrepreneur and senior executive in the tech industry. She does the page for fun, and her neighbor moms join her on it, sometimes her own mom and sister too.
Her setup is the opposite of most pages here: one subscription covers everything, with no sales, no tips, no ads and nothing else to buy. Fans can chat as much as they like, send requests and ask for ratings. The content is lingerie, heels, stockings and storytelling from a feminine point of view, and with 16,937 posts since September 2019 she has the biggest feed on the list by far. She also links an online shop.
10. Sara Mei Kasai
- OnlyFans likes: 6.2M
- OnlyFans: onlyfans.com/sarameikasaifree
Sara Mei Kasai runs a free OnlyFans with 6.2 million likes and 1,228 posts since March 2020, and keeps a separate paid page for subscribers who want more. Everything on the free page sits under a firm copyright notice.
What the world's most liked pages have in common
Most of them give fans two doors. Bryce Adams, Peach Jars, Ginny Potter, Jessica Nigri and Sara Mei Kasai each send fans on to a VIP or paid page, Skylar Mae sells spots in a VIP club, and Peach Jars, Jenna Lynn Meowri and Sara Mei Kasai keep their main page free to follow. Mrs. Poindexter goes the other way, one price and nothing else to buy, and still sits in the global top ten.
Each of them can be summed up in a few words: the gym girl, the sweet-looking tease, the streamer, the hot mom, the gamer, the girlfriend experience, the costume look, the sexting page, the mom next door. When a fan can say in one line what your page is, it is easier to remember and easier to pass on. Our guide on how to make your OnlyFans popular goes deeper on choosing a niche.
For many of them, talking to fans is the product. Jessica Nigri offers unlimited chat on her VIP page, Skylar Mae runs sexting sessions, Mistress Cardi takes calls around the clock and Mrs. Poindexter tells fans to chat as much as they like. That focus makes sense, since a big share of OnlyFans income comes through messages; our guide on how messaging grows earnings explains why.
Every one of these pages has years behind it. All ten joined between January 2018 and March 2022, so even the youngest here is more than four and a half years old. Post counts say much less: Liliana Hearts has 124 and Mrs. Poindexter has nearly 17,000. What they share is staying power, not one posting rhythm.
Protection is a theme as well. Jenna Lynn Meowri, Jessica Nigri, Skylar Mae and Sara Mei Kasai all carry a copyright notice, and Jessica Nigri warns that her DMCA lawyer will follow up. Our leak protection and DMCA takedown guide shows how to do the same for your own content.
Small profile fields doing big work
Four of the ten give a home state, all in the US: Bryce Adams in Florida, Peach Jars in Texas, Jessica Nigri in Arizona and Mrs. Poindexter in California. The rest turn the location field into a flirt. Liliana Hearts is "in ur dreamss", Ginny Potter is in "Your bedroom", Skylar Mae is in "Heaven" and Jenna Lynn Meowri is in Anor Londo.
The page name and the first line of the profile work the same way. Skylar Mae puts "rated #1 page" into her name, and Mistress Cardi and Mrs. Poindexter both open by billing theirs as the most liked paid page on OnlyFans. A fan reads those lines before a single photo, so they deserve the same care on your own profile.
